What we collect

When you create an account we store your email and any profile details you provide (display name, units, notification preferences). When you use the dashboard we store biometric measurements you choose to log or sync. When you use advocacy tools we store the answers you submit and the summaries we generate.

How we use it

We use your data to power the features you've requested: trend charts, early-warning indicators, advocacy summaries, and provider coordination when you enable it. We never sell your data, and we don't run advertising on TriMetric Health.

Sharing with your care team

Sharing with a connected provider is off by default. When you turn it on in Settings, eligible early-warning alerts can be transmitted to your designated health system via SMART on FHIR.

Your controls

You can download a JSON copy of everything we store about you from Settings → Your data. You can permanently delete your profile, biometric history, and advocacy cases from Settings → Danger zone.

Security

Data is stored in an encrypted database with row-level security, so each account can only access its own records. Passwords are checked against known-breached lists when you sign up or change them.

Not medical advice

TriMetric Health is informational and does not diagnose or treat any condition. Always consult a qualified clinician for medical decisions.
