By creating an account or using TriMetric Health you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

TriMetric Health is a patient-empowerment tool: it surfaces trends in your biometric data, helps you organize an advocacy case, and can route alerts to a connected provider. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or compromise other users.

Don't upload data you don't have a right to share, don't attempt to access another user's account, and don't use the service to violate any law or third-party right.

We work to keep TriMetric Health reliable, but we provide the service "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms; we'll post the new "last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
